Terms of Service

Please read carefully. LemonMint provides informational reports derived from third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information. We are not a party to — and have no interest in — any transaction between a vehicle buyer and seller.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LemonMint (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, regardless of whether a purchase is completed.

2. Description of Service

LemonMint is an informational service that compiles vehicle-related data from third-party sources — including but not limited to government title databases, recall registries, and market-valuation providers — and presents that data in a structured report to the requesting buyer. A one-time fee is charged per report.

LemonMint does not:

Inspect, appraise, or certify any vehicle.
Act as a broker, dealer, agent, or intermediary in any vehicle sale.
Negotiate or facilitate the terms of any transaction between buyer and seller.
Hold any financial interest in the outcome of a transaction.
Provide legal, financial, or mechanical advice.

3. Third-Party Data — No Guarantees

All vehicle history information presented in a LemonMint report originates from third-party data providers. LemonMint acts solely as an aggregator and presenter of this information.

No warranty of accuracy. LemonMint makes no representation or warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the information in any report is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors outside LemonMint's control. A clean report is not a guarantee of a clean vehicle.

You acknowledge that:

Not all accidents, title defects, odometer discrepancies, or mechanical issues may appear in data sources.
Vehicle history records depend on incidents being properly reported to the relevant authorities.
Market value estimates are algorithmically generated approximations, not appraisals.
A LemonMint report is one input among many and should not be the sole basis for a purchasing decision.

4. No Participation in Transactions

LemonMint is strictly a research tool for the buyer's personal use. We have no role in, and bear no responsibility for, any agreement, negotiation, payment, or dispute that occurs between a buyer and a vehicle seller. Any transaction you enter into with a seller is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

The negotiation guidance or pricing estimates contained in a report are informational suggestions only. They do not constitute professional appraisals, legal advice, or binding valuations of any kind.

5. Payment and Refunds

Reports are sold on a one-time, per-report basis. Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Because report generation initiates data retrieval from third-party systems immediately upon submission, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery, contact us at support@lemonmintreport.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use LemonMint reports for your own personal, non-commercial vehicle research only. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or republish report data to third parties.
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the Service.
Submit false or fraudulent information when requesting a report.
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

The LemonMint name, logo, website design, and report format are the intellectual property of LemonMint. Third-party data reproduced in reports remains the property of its respective providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to LemonMint's intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEMONMINT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEMONMINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY REPORT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM A VEHICLE PURCHASE OR SALE DECISION, EVEN IF LEMONMINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMONMINT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT AT ISSUE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LemonMint and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any transaction you enter into based on a report.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
